At Sociability our main focus is to improve and/or maintain peoples mental wellbeing. However, through our experience we understand that to achieve each person’s maximum level of wellness, there can be a multitude of factors which influence each person’s utmost achievable mental and physical wellbeing. Which is why Sociability maintains a framework structured around a person-centred holistic approach to our clients. Our psychotherapist has an honours degree in person-centred counselling. A member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, Sociability are committed to maintaining the BACPs ethical framework when working with our clients. Sociability targets the development of each person’s integral ability to cope through self-help methods, empowering them to make their own choices, live healthy, active both physically and mentally, with support from their Sociability peer support network.
